My baby tomatoes are growing

My tomato plants have been in my kitchen windowsill for a couple of weeks now.  They are looking so good and healthy.  I have both Roma and Beefsteak tomatoes planted.

The fact that these plants are doing so well is a landmark event for me.  So, since they are alive and well it was time to transplant them into their own containers.  I scrambled and looked for as many jars as I could to give each tomato plant its own space.

You will notice that the legs of the plants have been buried.  I read in an article to do that so that they would not get too leggy.  I sure hope that was the right thing to do.  Now I wait and give them TLC and see what happens!
