Rhubarb Sauce

  • 5 cups rhubarb, cut into small pieces
  • 1/8 cup lemon juice
  • 1/8 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup organic sugar

Mix all ingredients in a large pot.  Place on medium heat and bring to a boil.  Turn down and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve while warm or also delicious cold.  My husband loves warm Rhubarb Sauce over his ice cream.  It is also delicious over hot biscuits ith a little bit of whipped cream.
