Lentils and Beans

1 onion, diced
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup carrots, diced
1 red pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup of red wine
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can black beans
1 cup of lentils
4 cans of water
1 tsp. cumin, chili powder, and salt
½ tsp. black pepper
1 Tbs. parsley

Saute vegetables in olive oil. Put in crock pot with remaining ingredients and cook on low for 5 hours or high for 8-10 hours.
