Salmon Croquettes

1- 6 oz can of salmon
1 small onion, diced
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon milled flax seed
½ teaspoon dill                                                                                                                                        1 egg white, beaten until frothy
2 tablespoon bread crumbs
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Mix all ingredients and form into 4 patties. Drizzle about 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a non-stick pan and fry the patties over medium heat until golden brown on each side. About 4 minutes per side. Place on serving dish with dill sauce on the side.
