Basic Vinaigrette

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Mix lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper in a bowl.  Slowly add olive oil as you whisk.  Store in refrigerator.
